3I agree to waive liability against AFK (Action For Kids) and Canary Wharf Management, its owners, officers, employees, or agents for any loss howsoever caused, including as a result of any accident or personal injury occurring from or in conjunction with participating in this Beach Volleyball Event between 10th July and 10th August 2025, and I agree to indemnify AFK (Action For Kids) for any liability for loss, damage, or expense suffered by them as a result of any other matter or incident arising as a result of my participation in the Beach Volleyball event. By taking part in this event I also agree that images and videos taken by AFK or Canary Wharf can be used to promote the event and the charity and used on social media.*
