ChalkStream Luxury Hamper

ChalkStream® trout are reared on small, selected farms fed by the gin clear waters of the River Test and the River Itchen, two of Hampshire's world-famous chalk streams. Using only gravity, chalk stream water flows from these rivers through the farms at nearly one and a half tonnes per second. Swimming in this fast-flowing water produces trout that are athletic and lean with a delicious clean taste. These are the perfect conditions for producing the finest English trout.

Your hamper will contain a side each of hot and cold smoked trout, some potted trout and smoked trout paté.
