Terms and conditions

This voucher can only be redeemed against a fee for an instruction under the Knight Frank Sole Agency Terms of Business and Standard Terms and Conditions, which will be provided to you. Our fee for a sole agency is 1.5% of the total sale price paid by the purchaser for the property and any other contents plus VAT thereon. Our total fee, inclusive of VAT, will be 1.8%. Knight Frank will offer a discount on the total fee of £20,000.

Additional terms:

- You will be required to pay for any marketing material. This will not form part of the discount and is separate to our fee.

- This discount can only be used for properties within the boundaries served by our Tunbridge Wells office. We will notify you if any property does not fall within our boundaries.

- In the event that the fee is over £20,000, you will be required to pay any additional fees above £20,000 due to us in accordance with the Knight Frank Terms of Business.

- In the event the fee is £20,000 or below (exc. VAT), you will be required to pay a token amount of £1.

- The discount can only be applied to a single property.

- No cash alternative is offered.
