Campbell-Rey is an award-winning atelier founded by Duncan Campbell and Charlotte Rey. Working fluently between residential and commercial interiors, furniture design and artistic projects, their world is a celebration of colour and craftsmanship. With a love of historical architecture, traditional decorative techniques, and the ability to create dialogues between styles, periods and objects, their work is imbued with a playful, irreverent spirit and a desire to make magic.
This egg is inspired by the 18th century English tradition of shell grottoes, themselves inspired by an Italian renaissance take on the classical world. A playful homage to this whimsical decoration style, the Egg Shell Grotto is an egg decorated with applied shells to create a romantic nod to the baroque motifs found in architectural shellwork. The result is a striking egg created with sustainably sourced shells.

Delivery Information
Elephant Family has partnered with IBI International Limited https://ibi-international.co.uk/ to ensure the safe handling and delivery of your egg/s.
Full Payment:
Payment for the egg/s is required in full before delivery arrangements can be made.
Cancellation:
Winning bids cannot be cancelled, and bidders are obligated to pay the full bid when the auction closes.
Delivery Times:
Central London deliveries will take place within 10 working days from the auction closing.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery rates can be found by clicking here. A 10% handling fee, based on the final winning bid, will be applied in addition to delivery charges, the handling fee will cover the cost of the plinth and installation. IBI will invoice directly for all fees and charges which are subject to VAT.
Storage Fees:
Egg storage at IBI International is complimentary for the first 2 weeks post the auction closing date and charged at £25 per week plus VAT from then on. IBI will invoice you for this directly.
International Shipping:
International shipping will incur additional charges for customs, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking and Signature:
IBI and Elephant Family will require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt.
Damage During Transit:
If the egg is damaged during transit, the buyer should notify Elephant Family immediately.
