617 Squadron F-35 Lightning II Visit
Description
A VIP behind the scenes visit, for four people, to RAF Marham and the cutting-edge F-35 jets of historic 617 Squadron ‘The Dambusters'.
617 Squadron is commonly known as "The Dambusters", for its actions during Operation Chastise against German dams during the Second World War. The Dambusters reformed on 18 April 2018, and was equipped at RAF Marham in June 2018 with the Lockheed Martin F-35B Lightning II, becoming the first squadron to be based in the UK with this advanced type.
This VIP visit is rarely offered, this being only the second time that we know of...
It includes:
- VIP return flights into RAF Marham onboard a 2Excel King Air or Navajo from Sywell Airfield.
- Visit and tour of 617 Squadron with lunch.
- You and your guests will meet Squadron pilots and engineers and have a photo opportunity with an F35 Lightning II.
