A trial Gliding lesson at Bannerdown Gliding Club
Description
Bannerdown Gliding Cub provides Trial Lessons for all ages. You will be surprised by how easy it is – if you can ride a bike, then you can learn to fly a glider!
Your Trial Lesson will involve flying with one of their experienced instructors in one of their dual control two-seat gliders. Once airborne, your instructor will demonstrate the basic controls and then will offer you a chance to have a go… and away you go!
If you are feeling particularly adventurous, with the right instructor and suitable conditions, you have the opportunity to experience aerobatics. Feel the adrenaline race through you as your glider performs a loop or chandelle.
A trial lesson voucher entitles you to two winch launches or one aerotow, with a maximum flight time of 30 minutes.
It also includes two months trial membership of the club so you can continue to fly with them at a reduced price.
This fight will be conducted on an agreed weekend day and is subject to weather conditions on the day.
- The flight must be taken before the end of November 2024
- Height and weight restrictions apply: you must be between 145cm and 193cm tall and weigh between 45kg and 120kg
