COMMISSION A PORTRAIT OF YOUR PET BY ALICE HAWTHORN

Bid on this opportunity to have your dog or cat painted by the very talented Alice Hawthorn who will use a favourite photograph to capture your pet's special character.

From local Battersea artist Alice Hawthorn's earliest days at nursery school, happily splodging paint around, her love of drawing and painting has led to unexpected and exciting adventures, meeting so many wonderful people along the way. 

She uses a combination of pencil, colour pencils, watercolour, her beloved Rotring pens & Photoshop. Every portrait and illustration for her is unique so it's always interesting to see how each will evolve.  Everything in Alice's life is an inspiration - that old cliché, but it's true!  Her strongly opinionated Parson Russell Terrier, Cas, also has a lot of creative and directional input into her work!

Terms and Conditions

The winner will be responsible for collecting their prize from Battersea’s London site during working hours, Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Collection date and time must be arranged with prior notice to the Special Events Team specialevents@battersea.org.uk

The commission should be arranged within one year from the date of the event. (March 2025)
The winning bidder's contact details will be sent to the artist to arrange details of the commission
The size of the commission will be A4 in size and the finished piece will be provided in a black frame
