Description
Immerse yourself in the spirit of Christmas with our enchanting rooftop experience with Santa and his elves. Christmas is all about family traditions and Santa on the Roof is one of ours. Decorated in a new theme each year, our 'snowy' rooftop is ready to welcome you to meet the beloved bearded man and his elves on either Sunday 08th December 12pm or Sunday 22nd December at 12pm.
What to expect
Santa’s elves will be waiting for you at the Third Floor entrance, all set to board the Express Elevator up to the roof.
When you reach the top, you’ll be greeted by the joyful sound of Christmas music, ready for a good old singalong.
You’ll then make your way to Santa’s Cabin where the main man himself will be delighted to receive your Christmas wishlist.
Check it twice before you’re whisked away to Santa’s workshop where you’ll get crafty with the elves.
With your appetite for fun fully satisfied, you’ll need a sweet pick-me-up at Café Claus. Parents can choose from hot chocolate, mulled wine or spiced apple juice (there will be plenty of mince pies, too!), and little ones can enjoy a hot chocolate or juice, plus a Christmas cupcake (gluten and dairy-free, if preferred).
Your unforgettable experience will be completed with a sleigh, perfect for capturing that treasured family photo moment.
The entire experience will take 45 minutes - 1 hour in the Fenwick Newcastle store. There is a maximum of 6 guests, excluding under 2s. Children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult. Customers to inform of any dietary requirements/special requests upon booking.
