Comprised of scarce casks that were filled just before the Rosebank Distillery closed its doors in 1993, this whisky has matured in the casks ever since, waiting to be awoken. This Lowland single malt is a symphony of flavours that dance on the palate, each note telling a story of its meticulous aging process. Every sip is a journey through time, capturing the essence of the distillery’s heritage and the Scottish landscape from which is draws its character.

This Rosebank Whisky is an invitation to explore the complexities of flavour, the collectors gem retains a bright and zesty nose, with hints of lime and lemongrass, as well as clove, soft vanilla, and sugar-coated almonds. The bright, vibrant profile continues onto the palate where mint and chamomile are met with more roust notes of leather and banana bread. The dram finishes with long herbal notes, sweet peaches, and a hint of oak.
