A lovely opportunity to spend a perfectly peaceful week in the so very pretty village of Pittenweem, in the East Neuk of Fife. With its rich history, stunning coastal views, and quaint village atmosphere, Prittenweem promises an unforgettable experience for all.

Your home for the week is "St Andrews", a lovely waterfront property overlooking Pittenweem harbour and the Firth of Forth. This quintessential fisherman’s cottage has been restored to provide luxurious, contemporary, and tastefully furnished self-catering accommodation, while maintaining its charming original character. Offering a true home away from home St Andrews has two spacious bedrooms, and an open-plan living space on the first floor.

Capture the amazing sea views and watch the fishing boats entering and leaving the picturesque harbour. If fish is on your menu, you can purchase it freshly caught, prepare it in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoy it outdoors in your lovely enclosed courtyard garden. It’s a wonderful waterside haven, away from it all. Relax, enjoy the views, catch up on your reading, and just potter for a week. The sound of gentle waves and the scent of the sea air create a soothing ambiance that encourages relaxation. Or, if you want to stretch your legs, take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Fife Coastal path. Explore the picturesque fishing villages and beautiful sandy beaches, the path passes right by your front door (no excuses, then!)

There is access to lots of golf courses within a ten mile radius to practice your putting skills, and as a lovely treat you’ll dine on one night of your stay at the nearby Kinneuchar Inn in Kilconquhar. The Kinneuchar Inn was recently announced by The Good Food Guide as Best Local Restaurant in Scotland and described as “a classic example of the very best small, local enterprise, using the best produce, from local suppliers whenever possible". Whether you are savouring the taste of a traditional fisherman’s pie or indulging in a hearty bowl of Cullen skink, the flavours of the region will delight your taste buds.
