“Originally a northerner, my descent started with a BA at The Ruskin Oxford University then after 9 years in London I ran away to the seaside. A year MA at Falmouth turned into 25 years of Cornwall, a husband, 2 dogs and 2 children. The everyday intimacy of raising a family in this landscape feeds the studio practice. Process and love of paint dictate the reinvention of this popular subject matter into something more surreal and intangible. Clouds often feature as a creator of space and the receding mackerel sky has been a long obsession for its other worldliness and the meditative joy in painting it.”

All eggs must be collected in person if possible from Chichester Festival Theatre, or can be hand delivered if you live within a 50 mile radius.
