About
Barbara Macfarlane paints the landscape from an aerial perspective.
She has developed this idea to create a series of map paintings of London, Paris and New York.
She works in watercolour and oil on large sheets of Khadi handmade paper.
Barbara has been represented by Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery in London for 20 years. The gallery regularly exhibits her work in Europe, Asia and North America.

“My egg is painted with the same marks I use in my paintings.
The tiny jewel like colours are surrounded by a dark swirling sea.
I wanted my egg to have the texture and organic feel of an exotic bird’s egg.”

All eggs must be collected in person if possible from Chichester Festival Theatre, or can be hand delivered if you live within a 50 mile radius.
