“The idea came after staring at the egg for a long time with not a single creative thought emerging. Even so after watching a film about the fabled tale of Cleopatra's gift of three decorated eggs to Mark Anthony, one of which became lost, I decided to imagine what such an egg could look like.
My wife gave me assorted blingy stuff from her enormous collection of blingy stuff and I launched into the creation of what you see before you.”
