About
Agnes Treherne lives and works in East Sussex. A graduate from the Royal Drawing School (2019-2021), she previously studied Fine Art and History of Art at the University of Edinburgh (2005-2010)
“The chalkiness of the plaster egg made me think of the chalk downland, and the reflective light of the close lying sea. My painted egg is an ode to this landscape: scabious flowers grow alongside a dew pond, and a river estuary twists to the sea, reminiscent of the meandering Cuckmere River.”

All eggs must be collected in person if possible from Chichester Festival Theatre, or can be hand delivered if you live within a 50 mile radius.
