A Very English Secret! This specially curated indulgent private tour and tasting with food pairings for eight people will take place at the Hampshire-based Coates & Seely’s vineyard. Their sparkling wines, made from grapes grown on the chalk slopes of the North Hampshire Downs, have achieved international critical acclaim and won gold medals and trophies in all of the world’s leading competitions. 

Established in 2009 by Christian Seely, CEO of Pichon Longueville (Baron) in Bordeaux and Hampshire based Nicholas Coates, the pair use leading French winemakers and advanced wine-making technology to produce wines that perfectly express the unique character and beauty of their English chalk terroir. Their sparkling wines are now served in royal palaces, Michelin-starred restaurants and iconic houses around the world.
