Salmon fishing, Rutherford Beat, Middle Tweed

Two rods available on Saturday 11th October 2025. The Rutherford water is famous for its vibrant wildlife, beauty and first class fishing. The beat lies between St Boswells and Kelso and extends 2.5 miles on the south bank and 2 miles on the north bank. The beat has 14 named pools. In October the beat is split into three sub-beats and fished by two rods on a morning and afternoon rotation. Each sub-beat offer the service of a boatman.
