Fishing and accommodation at Dounie Estate, Sutherland

One week’s fishing for two rods on the beautiful Dounie Beat of the river Carron together with s/c accommodation for four in the Bard Cottage. Dounie is a charming and productive beat which is two thirds double banked. The Carron has an excellent spring run, which are followed by a mixture of grilse and summer salmon, but please note that the Carron is a spate river. The Bard has two twin bedrooms and is located within easy walking distance of the river.
