One Mulligan (max per person 2 mulligans)

Mulligans: 

• Can only be used as a replacement tee shot and not used anywhere else on the hole
• Decision on a mulligan is made before use and can not be used as a provisional ball
• Once a mulligan is declared it immediately becomes the ball in play and the ball it is replacing is voided
